For Ford full-size crew cab and extended cab pickups with a 6 1/2 foot bed, Transfer Flow manufactures a 46 gallon replacement fuel tank for 1999 – 2007 pickups, a 47 gallon fuel tank for 2008 – 2010 pickups, and a 50 gallon fuel tank for 2011 – 2012 pickups! For Ford full-size crew cab and extended cab pickups with an eight foot bed, a 57 gallon fuel tank is available for for 1999 – 2007 pickups, a 60 gallon fuel tank for 2008 – 2010 pickups, and a 57 gallon fuel tank for 2011 – 2012 pickups!

The replacement fuel tank systems come with all parts needed for installation, including straps and mounting hardware.  The stock in-tank sending unit is reused with each Transfer Flow fuel tank system.  The fuel tanks are made from 12 and 14-gauge aluminized steel for superior rust resistance and strength, and are powder coated black for a durable finish.
