Performance Diesel Policies

Sales Tax
All orders sold by Performance Diesel LLC that are being shipped or picked up at the storefront, in the state of Wisconsin, will be charged Wisconsin State sales tax.

Product Warranty
Any product warranty claims for defective merchandise that occur after 30 days from the date of purchase must be handled between the customer (you) and the manufacturer. Any product issues within the first 30 days can be handled by Performance Diesel LLC or the Manufacturer. We are happy to help you with any issues or questions you may have.

Shipping Policy
Orders placed over 49.99 will receive free standard UPS ground, this offer is only good to U.S. addresses within the 48 contiguous states. This excludes: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, And U.S. Virgin Island
WE WILL SHIP TO CANADA FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE, PLEASE CALL US FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE.

Orders from 75-120lbs will have a 20.00 freight up-charge.
Freight on orders over 120lbs will be determined when parts are ordered and shipping is calculated.

Performance Diesel LLC exclusively ships using UPS and or Speedy Delivery(midwest region) on all orders considered non-truck freight. Performance Diesel LLC will only ship to the fifty U.S. states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that our customers (you), place an order to an International address not listed above, Performance Diesel LLC reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Canceled Shipments or Refused Shipments that are returned back to Performance Diesel LLC will carry an automatic 10% restocking fee plus Shipping Charges deducted from the total credit owed.

Return Policy
An RMA (Return Authorization Number) is required for each return, The RMA number must be written on the outside shipping carton. For an RMA# please call 1-866-330-0183

  • Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton
  • Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton/box.
  • Packages received without a return authorization number will NOT receive credit.
  • Returnable items must be received by Performance Diesel LLC within 30 days of the product being received by the customer (YOU). (determined by UPS or Speedy delivery Tracking info)
  • Returned product must be in new, un-opened, re-sellable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc. Any product’s missing parts will not receive credit.
  • All returns will be inspected for re-sellable condition, and at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 5%-20% may be assessed.
  • Any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return products to Performance Diesel LLC.
  • No returns on special order items.

Reasons For No Credit Given
The product has been opened, installed, and/or used.
The product has been damaged from trying to install parts.
The product is shipped back in an un-saleable condition. Such “as” without original package, parts, cables, manuals, etc
The seal on electrical parts is broken
Product serial number does not match that of which was original product shipped to the buyer.
The product is deemed not a re-sellable condition by Performance Diesel LLC.

All Edge Products, Superchips and PPE product returns will not be accepted without an RMA# from the manufacturer. Once you have received the manufacturer’s RMA number you still MUST get an RMA number from Performance Diesel LLC, Once the product is returned and inspected you will be issued a Store Credit or Exchange.

Core Return Policy
Cores received within 30 days of original delivery may be issued a full refund. Cores returned after 30 days will receive NO credit. Partial credit may be given on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Privacy Policy Performance Diesel LLC understands the importance of maintaining our customer’s privacy online and in the store. We pride ourselves in making sure each customer’s information is protected.

Our site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.  We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your data for your safety. All personal and billing information will be safe with or SSL system.

Performance Diesel LLC does not sell or give out any personal information including your e-mail address to any third parties. Information provided to us stays with us. Performance Diesel LLC will send out order confirmation and tracking info via email.

When is my credit card charged or my order?

Performance Diesel LLC charges your credit card at the time your product is ready to ship. The exception to this is PayPal orders placed online. Will be charged when you place your order.

Vehicle Warranty Policy
When purchasing from Performance Diesel LLC, please understand that all performance products have a “use at your own risk” policy. It may be necessary to remove the unit before taking your vehicle to the dealer for service as it may interfere with diagnostic equipment. Performance Diesel LLC is not responsible for any vehicle warranty issues that you may have after installing aftermarket performance parts.
