There are a lot of things that the original designers of trucks should have thought of, but didn’t. Things such as how owners would add items like suspension lifts, larger wheels and tires and then go and actually use them. PPE knows that and knows that owners compete in drag racing, sled pulling, or off-roading, all of which place a huge amount of stress on the stock parts. Luckily, PPE’s Pitman/Idler Arm Support Kit extends their life by providing additional strength to the GM’s 2500 & 3500 HD 4WD trucks. These trucks suffer from excessive load on OEM steering components, especially with the aforementioned items, and the PPE Pitman/Idler Arm Support kit provides the much needed support to prevent the center link from rocking forward and backward in the vehicle while still allowing the Pitman to pivot freely on its own axis.
